Mission Prep (866-901-4047), a trusted residential and outpatient care facility for teenagers facing mental health issues in Virginia, has launched a new fast insurance verification service.
-- Mission Prep is pleased to be making it easier for prospective families to get the mental health care they need for their teenage son or daughter with their new online insurance verification platform.

Mission Prep now has a new online verification service where prospective families simply need to input the name of their son or daughter, their date of birth, the family’s insurance provider, their member ID and a contact phone number.
Using this information, the care facility’s admissions team will obtain a detailed coverage quote directly from the insurer and verify the extent of their coverage and how it aligns with their residential, inpatient and outpatient services.
A representative for Mission Prep confirmed that during standard working hours, the typical time for families to hear back from this new online service is just 60 minutes. They also affirmed that the process is strictly confidential and Mission Prep will never contact a family’s insurer on their behalf without their explicit prior permission.
Mission Prep is pleased to also be continually expanding the list of insurers that they work with. Some of the major insurers they accept include Aetna, Anthem, Health Net, First Health, Beacon, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Magellan.
Their representative said, “At Mission Prep Teen Treatment, we recognize the bravery it takes to reach out for help when facing life’s challenges. Taking that first step towards recovery can be daunting, but it’s essential, especially when dealing with issues like teen depression, anxiety and mental health concerns.”
