FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp. Announces Correction to Change of Unit and Warrant Ticker Symbols Commencing August 2, 2024
FTAC Emerald Acquisition Corp. (
NASDAQ: EMLD) (“FTAC Emerald”), a publicly-traded special purpose acquisition company, today received notification from Nasdaq that the ticker symbol change announced this morning is not available for certain of FTAC Emerald’s securities. Beginning on August 2, 2024, FTAC Emerald’s Common Stock, Units, and Warrants will begin trading under new ticker symbols FLD, FLDDU, and FLDDW, respectively, instead of the previously announced ticker symbols.
