Sunoco LP to Acquire Offen Petroleum

NYSE: SUN) (“Sunoco” or the “Partnership”) announced today that it has entered into a definitive agreement whereby Sunoco will acquire Offen Petroleum (“Offen”) in an all-cash transaction valued at approximately $600 million.
